VP of Sales

You will be leading Qraved’s Sales team and responsible for driving the growth of revenue and managing the team’s pipeline of clients (FMCG, Restaurants, Banks, etc) who are and potentially in partnership with Qraved.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the P&L of the Sales organization
  • Develop sales objectives, strategies, and forecasts
  • Design bonus & incentive plans to maximize team performance
  • Responsible for managing and building team’s pipeline of clients
  • Guide and mentor team in managing, building client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, and problem solving
  • Develop new and innovative product & service offerings to increase revenue
  • Implement sales processes and controls to improve efficiency
  • Responsible for understanding the current trends and cycles within the F&B industry

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from top university
  • Min. 6-8 years experience in media, advertising, or B2B sales role, with a strong focus on sales, operations, and team building
  • Deep understanding of media & advertising
  • Strong connections to agencies and advertisers
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to overcome rejection and find alternative solutions for potential clients
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
  • Must be a foodie and active on social media (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Proficient in written and oral English
